Please follow basic courtesies when you pick up and drop off your camper.  This will help us keep the roads safe for other drivers, our campers, and our staff.

  • Cars entering from the main road have the right of way and our very first priority is to not create a traffic jam on the main road, so we’ll do our best to get those cars in before letting more cars out.

  • Please follow the speed limit in camp – 10 MPH

  • Please pay attention to our parking personnel, they’re wearing safety vests

  • Use your turn signals when approaching camp, this will help our parking staff keep traffic flowing smoothly

  • We ask for patience and kindness with drop off and pick up, safety is our primary concern

MORNING DROP OFF:

Morning drop off begins 8:30am.  If you need to drop off earlier, please contact our Directors to make arrangements.

Staff members and PA's will be on hand to welcome campers and check them in and escort them to the meadow to await the start of camp.

AFTERNOON PICK UP:

Afternoon Pick up is estimated to be from 3:30pm-4pm.

After afternoon flag ceremony, we will walk campers to the designated pickup area.

To ensure the safety or our campers, any person picking up campers must be pre-authorized on the CAMPER RELEASE documents and have the camp pick up card showing the name(s) of camper(s) they are picking up.

We will email your Monday pick up card one week prior to camp.  Print the form, fill it out and sign it. Make sure the person picking up the camper has it with them.

  • "Pick up cards", for the rest of the week, will be sent home with each camper on Monday

  •  For safety reasons, persons who do not have the pickup card will be required to show a photo identification and must be listed on the Camper Release, or be a contact on the Health History / Registration forms, or have a written note from the parent (in which case a call to the parent will be made) to pick up their child.

These cards become the documentation of who picks up the camper each day.   Please be kind and patient with our traffic volunteers and be mindful of all children.  We do our best to ensure all campers are ready at the pickup area by 3:30pm.

If you need to pick up earlier, arrive late or will miss a day, please let us know using the following forms (can also be found on our website

For campers and tagalongs connected with volunteers, a special waiting area will be created to allow volunteers to ensure all of their unit campers are picked up.
